PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Applicable for compounding with a variety of thermoplastic resin; Compatible with thermoplastic PBT, PET, PC and PP for production of automobile parts, domestic appliance parts, etc

CHARACTERISTICS

Excellent strand integrity, high bulk density, low scraps; Superior flowability provides easy control fiber content; Excellent temperature resistance, consistent color; Excellent coupling with multiple polymers; Superior flowability and dispersion; Product offers good mechanical properties.

PACKAGING
The chopped strands are either packed individually or in bulk package. The individual packaging is using either weave bag or cardboard box. The bulk packaging is using a super-sack to put directly on the pallet. Each weave bag and cardboard box weights 20 or 22.7kg. The super-sack package weights 800-1000kg. The pallets should be stocked no more than 2-layer high.

STORAGE

The product should be stored in dry, cool and rainproof place. Optimum storage conditions are between the temperature of 5~35℃ and with the humidity between 35~65%. It is recommended that the product should be stored under room temperature for at least 24 hours before use.

Prior to using the products, please do not open the package to prevent moisture getting into the product. The product should be used within 12 months from the time of delivery.
